Can't leave out the sloths

I am finally at an internet café with enough speed to upload video, so I decided that in addition to the monkeys, I also have to post video of the sloth. Plus the sloth is Katie’s favorite animal (weird, I know… there are a lot of things we don’t understand about Katie). So here is a short video (again, not high quality bc it is from my camera)... this one is for you Doodle!

Again, this video was shot while standing on my back porch. I live in the BEST PLACE EVER!

And blogging is SO much easier with high speed internet… the pictures and video upload so quickly. So I think I will go home tonight and write the blogs about farming and my parents visit in word documents and then come back to upload all of the pics and post. So look for quite a few blogs in the next week… and some more video of monkeys and crocodiles.

One of my friends emailed to say she had made a donation, though small… but she had donated $15…and I wrote her back and let her know that was NOT a small donation, and to think of it this way: $15 is equivalent to a day’s pay here… so when I say every $5 counts, I really mean it. Sorry about the tail end of this video... was waiting for the sloth to come out on the other side of the tree, but he didn't. Couldn't see if he stopped at the tree (which is the tree he was in in the picture above) or if he was just so exhausted from the crawling on the wire that he had to rest.
